In dark mode it's hard to read the red letter text in the gospels. The app also doesn't handle the notch at the top of my phone screen very well. Having said that, I'll keep using the app because I like the CSB, rather than because I like the app.

Dark mode is broken. It has many verses totally hidden. Also I liked the iOS display of footnotes inline with the text rather than all at the bottom of each chapter here on android.

This is a really lovely app! My only complaint is that the cross referencing which I find so helpful in my physical ultrathin CSB isn't available in the app. I know it is in the CSB study app but is there any chance of making it a selectable option in the regular CSB Bible app? Would be great to get the same reading experience in real life and on the app if possible! (without all the extra study stuff from the study app that I don't have in real life).

Was looking for a clear, easily understood Bible translation - found it here! Grew up with KJV and love it, but hard to encourage teens to have personal Bible study in it. Tried NIV and an earlier (2009 copyright) HCSB. Both still, far too often, needed a teacher to explain the basic meaning to the teens. This one is like the ESV, but even clearer in its word choice and sentence structure.

Really good app, you don't need an internet connection to read. I was overseas without phone service, and I was able to read whatever my heart desired.

I was looking for a simple app to read the CSB. This no frills app is perfect for that. My favourite translation at the moment.
