spend 10-15 min trying to log in every time i try to get my mail at the mailroom

It's frustrating to have to log in to the app every time I open it and then
to log in again to access my account to pay my rent and take care of other
business. I was unable to upload documents to my account, which defeats the
purpose of having an app for convenience. The app is poorly designed in
appearance in that buttons are gray-colored which makes them look like they
are not active.
