Lots of music to explore, streaming and downloads were never problems. Its playlist option is nice but very clunky with several steps to remove and add songs reach of which takes a while to process, which is why only 4 stars. If your library discontinues this wonderful service, you can no longer access your account and all your favorites and lists with it, so keep this info separately or suffer as I do now.

App constantly forgetting my sign-in credentials forcing me to manually fill it in about once or twice a week. Password not being saved past a few days. Inteface slow and clunky sometimes searching just hangs with no results using reliable high speed connection. No hope or help for minor misspelled song, album or band names you just get zero results. evidently I've reached the maximum amount of favorite songs and albums I'm allowed to have. You get cut off at 623. Please get rid of limits.

I raised concerns about audio blemish issues ( e.g. Planet of Lana and Halo 3) and app permissions issues. I emailed them, but I have gotten no response yet. Yesterday, I found out I can no longer log in. The website said my library canceled Freegal. In any case, it's hard to update my review for the better when I have no data to work on. I'll be happy to revise if the situation changes. To FM's credit, the songs that I downloaded that didn't have blemishes are good.

Slow, janky user interface. For the price of "free" it has decent music choices. But the user interface and the app as a whole is very, very slow. Very buggy. You can check the box asking the app not to ask you for an email address but it will always ask anyway each time you open the app. Queuing a playlist or switching tracks or even just hitting play/pause takes multiple seconds for each action. Nevermind trying to load album art.

Works So-so. No confirm of deletes - they are gone. Remove is directly below Add to Playlist so you can easily bump the wrong option. In December 2018, it froze whenever I tried to open it. In February 2019, it let me start it but didn't show me any songs to stream, allow me any downloads, or let me contact support. I could logout but got an error when logging it. It allows 5 song downloads per week when working, but I've missed out on at least 55 downloads so far. Update: Seems to work.

I only gave this 3 stars because I had to troubleshoot app update failure. After seeing others were unhappy and Publisher just gave responses to contact them. I decided to first try and troubleshoot on my own. I tried clearing app cache which didn't work...then restarting phone and had no better luck. I then decided to log out and back in and finally was able to view information in the app. I still haven't tried updated app out in depth but this was not a pretty transition to begin with.
