We have been using this app/right track for about a month now. The tracking of the routes seem spot on, the device goes behind your rear view mirror, you don't even know it is there. The app is very basic, the device appears to be reporting braking and acceleration. The acceleration is a bit annoying, if you live in a state where you need to get to freeway speeds upon entering, find a different route. This app will ding you for accelerating, otherwise drive slow and pray no one is coming to where you have to slow down and slam on your brakes to avoid getting hit, you will be dinged for this as well. The other thing is if you are not driving turn off your phone other wise your route will be calculated based on whom ever is driving, this is the feature we dislike the most. Overall if you drive the appropriate distance (don't tail gate) behind other cars and pay attention as we were taught in driving school this app/device appears to be worth the savings it is calculating.

This app docks me for things like increasing speed quickly while pulling onto the interstate or out onto main roads where you can't just creep out into traffic safely. It doesn't know the difference between the interstate and a long driveway and until it does, this app cannot possibly be accurate. I've done it twice, but I won't be doing it again.

If it was not for the fact that we are saving money using the app, I would have rated it lower. My wife gets hit at the same two places for hard braking despite never hitting the brakes or coming to a fast stop. Liberty Mutual needs to find a way to better track the drive. We have both had times where our drive, ranging from 20 minutes to 40 minutes, was never tracked.

App seems very fair in tracking our driving habits. If we had one suggestion it would be about the sudden stop feature. We've been penalized for stops that were totally on us - no problem. But we've also been penalized for quick stops that were really out of our control. On two occasions we were "cutoff " by drivers suddenly and without signalling changing lanes. Stopping quickly was the only way to avoid an accident.

Route-tracking works well, but it doesn't have any context for your acceleration. Speeding up on the interstate gets docked. It doesn't accurately track acceleration. I've noticed it's kind of random. Sometimes it'll say your doing great, then on the way back home, doing nothing different, it'll say your doing terribly. Pros It has route-tracking. Issue is every road is the same. Savings potential Cons No context to your driving Poor tracking of acceleration (what its whole deal is)

It looks like as you get closer to the end of the 90 days the app will just randomly go back in to trips that you have confirmed months ago and just put in things that didn't happen like a hard break or acceleration and it also added miles that when I add up don't come up to what it's showing. Funny they have this as a way to save some money but as you get closer to the end it starts making up things so you won't get a savings. I'll be calling support on this later
