It used to work fine on my note9. Since my upgrade to Note20 it hasn't worked properly. Once I pick a photo to print, that is the only photo I will be able to print. Until, I uninstall and reinstall app. That will be annoying....if I need to print 100 photos I will need to uninstall 100x and then reinstall it 100x to do so... Please fix this.

Since the latest update, the app doesn't print correct borders anymore. The sizing is off and cuts off texts and borders. It's ridiculous. Portrait oriented photos are always cut off on top and bottom. The entire field is too long for some weird reason. You have to do guesswork while editing and resizing to get it to the appropriate size.

Force closing on S10+ I haven't used this printer with my new phone, until today... I connected it fine via bluetooth in my settings... However, when I try checking for an update, or just browsing the settings on the application, the app just force closes. I've closed and relaunched with the same issue persisting...

I bought since 2015.. before this can used..last i used this app 2016 or 2017. But now 2019 this application can't work to my phone and other phone.. when finished download this apps.. then the apps just blinking2... so, for what I have this device photo printer if cannot using... please help me... !!!!!!!

It's the most precious, easy and fun thing to use! You can edit your pictures, turn them into polaroids, add dates, text and whatnot before printing them and it looks so good 😍
