This app can be helpful but there are ALOT of bugs that need to be worked out. We are one the phone at least once a week having them fix problems so we can continue to rate our kids with DRDP.

In the beginning I had a lot of issues, we fixed the problem and for the most part working great. Since the newest update our families have had so many issues and so now instead of communicating only through learning genie I am having to communicate through other ways. Most importantly LG allow us to log in on multiple devices, that would help me alot. Would love if our families could get their issues resolved in a timely manner.

I usually love this app, but have noticed it has a lot of bugs lately like not letting me select students or issues scrolling. Since the messaging feature was removed on 12/24 (and reinstated 12/30), the messages tab has not returned to my device. So right now it's good for sending quick reminders and posting activity but not much else. I hope it gets repaired soon.

I used the app for over a year and loved it as a provider. Any time I had issues I would contact their services and they would fix it. Lately, i have been having more issues and they couldnt fix it over a week so I moved to another app that is showing the parents what their children are doing with no hiccups.

A really useful app, but some downsides are I have to refresh the page every time I want to put in a new picture in of a different student so it won't delete the previous one. Another on is I have many book that the app does not have, and there use to be a feature that let you put books in by just title and author.

Like the idea but is ridden with bugs. It stopped letting me sign in, will either say it failed or the screen stays at the log in. Customer service suggested updating, changing my password, all the obvious things i had already done and had failed.
