I've missed two client calls since the app/website crashes when we try to call. I don't get any call prompts via app, and the website becomes a blank page after I log in.

I asked about refund & like the information I have read on the help desk, I was told that I have to make an email with a proof of payment & go to the main office for security purposes, I understand that they need it for their users' safety. I guess, I'll just leave my load there for the meantime but they gave me 100php credit! 💗Good thing about it is about securing confidential details & the load has no expiration but hopefully, soon they would be able to unlock the Email button on the app

feel dissapointed with this i registered my creditcard to pay so i can talk to one of the lawyer. after i submit my concern no one respond and they just deduct some money in my credit card and now i cant even open my lexmeet account its just black screen i try to delete and install again but its the same. waste of money.
