Terrible, unintuitive, filled with unimportant rubbish. This app and Line are the two most poorly designed & frustrating apps, I have ever used. Absolutely hopeless!

Recently there has been some language updates to the app, which makes it a bit more easier to navigate. I use it for basic activities like finding my internet information. It send updates on apartment changes (some in English & some in Japanese).

Emergency warnings and weather warnings are not displayed in English even with English enabled. Leopalace really needs to adjust their software language. Half baked language options across all of their hardware.

Internet connection in apartment is really terrible. Company excused that all rooms using same line, but they don't even try to improve it.

You need to have a variety of languages... Only Japanese is not good especially when you are also providing services to international people not just Japanese.
