I purchased the Crocodile Locomotive and then after building it, I purchased the relevant parts 88009 & 88013, to bring it to life. Multiple attempts and 12 x AAA 1.5 volt Duracel batteries, along with uninstalling app, reinstalling app, so far it won't work. Even when not installed within the engine compartment, but both 88009 & 88013 connected nothing is turning. Bluetooth all appears to be working.Unless I have done something wrong which I'm sure I haven't it just doesn't want to work.Help!

The only thing I find somewhat unfinished is tha lack of option to disable sound on batmobile app (or at least not the obviouse one). Still, no reason to give you any less than five stars. App works great for me so far, after all these years I didn't expect anything else from you guys. Love you all! Keep up the great work, please! <3

The app is great and all, but the issues I have with it is the Bluetooth connection is terrible and it disconnects every 30 seconds. And you can't have the Battery Box at full power for at least a minute or it will die. Honestly you should have just stayed with Power Functions, that actually held it's power.

Absolute rubbish. Downloaded and installed on a galaxy s9. Started the app and it keeps asking for bluetooth permission to be granted but when selecting "next" in the app to do this it goes to the location permission (not bluetooth) and so will not work at all. Will not allow me to connect directly via bluetooth either (error of "an app is required to connect to this device"). Absolutely disgusting. I expected so much more from lego. So dissapointed.

Great coding environment for touch devices. My only request is to add arrays. Currently the single value vars are pain for data storage, using linked lists and stacks works, but it is not ideal. Also when we create a custom functions we should be able to choose the icon, not to get something random.

Works to control the Disney train set, however the sound effects sound absolutely demonic on Android. Let someone try with an IPhone and the sounds were fine. Unacceptable in my eyes. Sounds need a fix asap.

About this app

Combine this app with the LEGO DC Super Heroes App-Controlled Batmobile (76112), the LEGO City Cargo Train (60198), or the LEGO City Passenger Train (60197) (each sold separately) to operate the motorized engines via Bluetooth controls, or use your imagination and build entirely new creations using LEGO Powered Up components and bring them to life by coding them. Make your models move and respond to real-world events.

The LEGO Powered Up app puts you in the driver’s seat of the awesome 4-wheel-drive Batmobile to speed through the streets of GOTHAM CITY™. Drive forwards, backwards, left and right… or pull 360-degree turns! You can even activate cool tricks and stunts as you become the Dark Knight and fight crime. You can customize and code your Batmobile tricks and choose your sounds and movements – pretty awesome!

The LEGO Powered Up app also controls LEGO trains to haul goods or pick up passengers around LEGO City. You can control the speed, change directions, and bring even more life to your play with various sounds such as a whistle, passenger announcement, railroad crossing bell, and more! The Bluetooth remote control app and the remote control handset included in the LEGO City train sets aren’t compatible with older infrared remote-controlled LEGO train sets.

Thanks to Powered Up components like hubs, motors, sensors, and lights you will be able to bring your customized creations to life. You can also bring your existing LEGO models to life.
