There should be a more streamlined way to make this process work without having to do multiple things. I manually typed in both the schools link and the code needed and got an error. What a pain to use.

Downloaded app. When to get my credentials and they said there were none available. I have been reaching out to ECPI to see what they can do on there end. No replies as of yet.

Downloaded the app went to add the credentials for my school and I keep getting an error. Even had school send me a new one time code and still get the same error. don't know if there is a bug in the app or it is not recognizing the credentials from the school.

I am following the directions but keep getting an error pop-up saying I am putting in an invalid 1 time user code both when i follow the link i was emailed and when I copy and paste it manually.

I have issued a demo certificate. And added the JSON file manually to the app in order to verify the demo. When I clicked verify button the loader is running but nothing else is happening. Is that a bug?
