App's drawbacks: 1. Can't save payment info and can only use credit card so you always have to have it around. Would be better if you could use paypal or bank with smart id 2. No real-time timer for machines and can't refresh, so you have to go back and forth between pages 3. No push notifications for machines. Email notifications usually are slow to update so it's a bad solution Service itself is good. 4 stars for the service, 1 star for the app

Really inconvenient to use so much bugs. And prices are insane. It's better to buy one of your own washing machines better.
