I only turned to these people after poor customer service with GetAround & decided to take my business elsewhere. After spending much more money with them I have come to the conclusion that poor customer service & irate reps are sadly a common theme in this millennia. They only contact via text & will fight to keep theirs/managers names out of the transcript unless you demand it constantly! Spent 101$ 14hrs, got back 3min late due to crash on fwy & they charged me 25$ more w/no concern.Uberish🤔
