About this app

Trattoria alla Pesa nasce il 17 aprile 1997 nella storica sede di Fagnano di Trevenzuolo, dall’idea di Gian Luca Farinazzo e Lorena Migliorini.
Probabilmente fu il destino, a far si, che la famiglia Farinazzo si insediasse a Fagnano.
Poco più che adolescenti, entrambi i proprietari frequentavano il locale, Lorena come cameriera mentre Gian Luca veniva a trovare la sua futura sposa mentre ella lavorava.
Fin dal 1997, la caratteristica del locale fu chiara: sviluppare una proposta di cucina marinara in territorio caratterizzato da una cucina di terra. Fu una vera sfida, tuttavia, la caparbietà dello Chef Gian Luca e la risolutezza della moglie Lorena hanno reso possibile che in quasi 17 anni Trattoria alla Pesa diventasse un punto di riferimento per tutti gli amanti della cucina marinara, proposta in un ambiente famigliare ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Nel 2015, Trattoria alla Pesa conclude le attività nella sede di Fagnano, trasferendosi nella suggestiva “CORTE ITALIA”, una nuova sfida, volta a migliorare l’offerta e la qualità, nasce: Trattoria alla Pesa nella scuderia di Corte Italia. La trattoria è ricavata all’interno della storica dimora della famiglia Murari Brà.
Lo scopo del trasferimento è quello di poter offrire un ristorante al passo con i tempi, in grado di soddisfare molteplici richieste, dalla cena business, al matrimonio, grazie alle salette assolutamente private e ai grandi spazi verdi disponibili, ideali per ogni tipologia di cerimonia.
