Really disappointed, I ordered 9 items but received only 3 items. I called customer service and they informed me that those items were out of stock and they had initiated a refund which will take 2- 14 days, the items where in stock when I placed my order and they didn't bother to inform before sending the orders out that they were q longer in stock, I was surprised when the delivery man delivered only 3 items he also don't have an idea why it's was only 3 items instead of 9.

The app is good, wish to shop online but there is always my size not available, and even if i add the items of my size, by the time I want to place order it's again gone. Also there is max outlet in Masdar City(City centre) I don't find it in the options of click and collect

The worst online shopping experience I ever had! I don't recommend it at all.. Poor problem solving issues, poor logestics, especially landmark group I had to cancel my order and waiting for payment back

This was the worst experience i had,I made an order on 13th June, they promised to delever in 3 days..but actually it had taken more than one week ,ive cancelled the order but unfortunately they didnt follow my request and delivered it on 21 june. The packaging was dirty and in a bad condition. I want my money back..i don't want your item. Iwill Never order from you again! Worst service!

Very poor! Specially communication or customer service Its been almost 2 months since i ordered return online but nobody reached me when i called i was rudely informed that i got mail on my( expired) email so its nothing that they can do and rudely disconnected the call i called again gave my details again and asked to change my mail but still nobody contacted me so it seems my 50 dhs got wasted Never shopping online from MAX app

Bad experience, I have already made a return order for items that does not suit my size, they have taken the items and till now I didn't receive my money back ( the refunded money) over than two months and I contact the customer more than once I need my money back.
