I had a very bad experience with centerpiont. I didnt receive my shipment eventhogh they sent me a message that the shipment is delivered and received by me. I called the customer service and said i have to wait 48 hours and then i have to contact them to know what happened with my shipment . May be it is mistak from the shipment company or it was delevired to a wrong address, it is the shipment comapy's mistake.... What a respected company! Dont use this app.. it sucks😡

Worst app ever I wouldn't have given 1 star also . I returned my order and still didn't receive my credit its been 3 weeks and now I cannot login into my account even with the correct password as it shows error and my acc is disabled. I called their representatives several times and still didn't got any response and plz don't tell me to contact you people through email I did that also .

Payment counter seems always crowded. Only 2 or 3 counter seems working and very slow service. For payment we've to wait and follow the long queue. It is suggested to train your staff at billing counter to work fast and increase counters as per demand.

Just a quick suggestions, Centrepoint has good products which are widely needed in other countries like africa, especially in Nigeria with over 200 million populations which has young population of about 80 percentage, whom are fashion freaks and like to look good. Why don't remove the restrictions on app and website so that they can gain access. Most of us Nigerian who have resided in UAE and other Gcc countries have tasted of the good products that are abound on Centrepoint, Max fashion.

I like the online shopping bur every time I have to sign in with my email and now I can't put my password even i asked for reset my password i didn't receive any emails I tried that 3 days !!!! Now what I lost all the items I put it as favourite!!!

Very good clothes and offers, but the app is so complicated, very glitchy and always lagging i go from 5 to 10min only opening the. app it can be better tho.
