The app works well for the most part. I wish there were a way to control the fan from the app when I am far away from the thermostat or away from home and would like to circulate the air for the pets, as well as my CSU thermostat was cracked upon installation, so it's nearly impossible to turn the fan on/off.

Nearly unusable. When (rarely) you get it to open, the navigation is clunky and programming the thermostat, including setting times and temps, is just not designed to be user friendly. i regularly have to uninstall, then reinstall, to get a fighting chance to log in.

Quit working...won't log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same results. Have a new Samsung S9...apparently the app won't work with the S9.

Quite possibly the worst user experience of any app I've seen. Creating programs for temps across days, months, etc. is nonsensical. I'm guessing this was created from a terrible set of government-written requirements and therefore translates to an app experience akin to that of most the government provides: benefits them without giving much interest to how it would be used.

It seems to me that the idea of an app like this is convenience. It is inconvenient to require me to type in a password every time I want to change my thermostat. Not to mention that the password is different than my CSU account, I forget what it is, and the password reset process is terrible. Just make the app run without a password, or at the very least allow the fingerprint scanner to enter my password for me.

Seems to want to always go back to CSU default
