Gus Azmi, nama pemuda imut satu ini juga tidak asing di kalangan anak muda penikmat musik religi akhir-akhir ini. Ya dia adalah Muhammad Ulul Azmi Askandar, vokalis Majelis Syubbanul Muslimin yang mendapatkan banyak perhatian karena wajahnya yang segar dan suaranya yang merdu. Dia kerap disapa Gus Azmi oleh fans-fansnya.
Pelantun salawat kita ini baru berusia 14 tahun. Lahir di Blitar pada tanggal 23 April 2004, putra Ahmad Ulil Abshor Ishomuddin ini juga merupakan santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qadim, asuhan KH. Hafidzul Hakim Noer yang terletak di Paiton, Probolinggo, Jawa Timur.Tenarnya nama Gus Azmi, tentu tidak bisa terlepas dari keberadaan dan capaian Majelis Syubbanul Muslimin sendiri. Di antara majelis-majelis salawat yang lahir dari rahim pesantren, Syubbanul Muslimin termasuk yang paling sukses

Nisa Sabyan, Grup Musik Sabyan Gambus mulai dikenal publik karena sering membawakan lagu-lagu islami ataupun sholawat nabi, baik dengan menyanyikan ulang (cover) ataupun menyanyikan karya baru. Grup musik beranggotakan beberapa orang alumni pesantren yang berkedudukan di Ibukota Jakarta. Hingga saat ini, jutaan orang telah merasakan kmerduan suaranya.
