About this app

Her müslümanın kullanılması, Kur'anı Kerim'i öğrenmek isteyenler içindir. Tefsir gerekmeektedir.

Meal ıstılahta, bir sözün manasının her yönüyle aynen değil de, biraz noksanıyla ifade edilmesine denir. Meallerde, Kuran-ı Kerim’in ibareleri kelime kelime sadece mana itibarıyla beyan edilir. Arapça bilmeyen Müslümanlara, mümkün mertebe Allah’ın (cc) kelamını kendi dilleriyle bildirmek Kur’an-ı Kerim’in mealinin bilinmesiyle mümkündür. Ancak meal ile Kuran’ın manası çok nakıs bir şekilde anlaşılır. Tefsir ise Kuran-ı Kerimdeki manaları beyan ve izah eder.
Bediüzzaman Hazretleri tefsirin manasını şu şekilde açıklamıştır:
"Tefsir iki kısımdır: Birisi, malum tefsirlerdir ki, Kur'ân'ın ibaresini ve kelime ve cümlelerinin mânâlarını beyan ve izah ve ispat ederler.
İkinci kısım tefsir ise, Kur'ân'ın imanî olan hakikatlerini kuvvetli hüccetlerle (delillerle) beyan ve ispat ve izah etmektir. Bu kısmın pek çok ehemmiyeti var. Zâhir malûm tefsirler, bu kısmı bazen mücmel (özet) bir tarzda derc ediyorlar (alıyorlar). Fakat Risale-i Nur, doğrudan doğruya bu ikinci kısmı esas tutmuş, emsalsiz bir tarzda muannid filozofları susturan bir mânevî tefsirdir.” (Şualar, 14. Şua, s. 545)
Kuran-ı Kerim geçmiş ve gelecekten haber veren, her asra hitap eden, içinde sonsuz manalar ve gizli işaretler bulunduran bir hazinedir. Böyle bir hazinenin anlaşılması için âlimler tarafından 300 bin tefsir yazılmıştır. Elbette mucizeler ile dolu bu kitabı anlamak, Cenab-ı Hakk’ın emirlerini yapıp, nehiylerinden sakınmak, hususen Kuran-ı Kerim’in asrımıza ne tarzda hitap ettiğini bilmek için tefsir okumak her Müslüman’ın yerine getirmesi gereken bir vazifedir.
