I can't even enter, as soon as I enter I get a damn message that says that "something went wrong" and tells me to close and open the app, I do it and it happens again, disgusting!

I used to love this app when they would deliver the stuff from 1-2 days but now they make you wait up to 10 business days, you're basically blind, don't know what day they may show up or at what time. I also tried reaching out to them and they send you to this automated WhatsApp chat that's just a loop. I'm still waiting for my stuff.

The amount of notifications feel like spam. The app not only sends you in app notifications but also text messages and they are so frequent that it becomes annoying pretty quickly. Also the items in stock aren't that impressive compared to any retail store

They rarely have in stock the one product (Purina - Cat Chow Adult Deli Mix - 15 kg) I buy most (probably every 4 months and only for a couple of days) and the reason why I purchased the membership. Some products happened to be more expensive than in other stores in spite of getting the membership discount. For these two reason, I might not renew my membership, which is due on 3 months. On the bright side, delivery is very accurate and the delivery personnel is very friendly.

I used laika happily for 2 months and then I had an issue with a partial delivery. Contacted customer support and they said they will discount what they owe from my next order. I made the order by phone and the agent sent me to a third party site for payment. My card was hacked multiple times the next day. Bank canceled the card. Laika has refused to acknowledge the hacking performed by their employee. Laika is the only site I've used my card on. Use this app at your own risk.

I thought they were gonna be a bit late due to the holiday, but the delivery guy got here on time with everything I ordered. First time using the app, got 30% discount. I'll be using it more often.
