I changed my stars because you changed the app! Not only did you start charging overall for simply having access to the app while using our own data, you've also put a limit on the amount of playlists and albums we can listen to weekly! That's outrageous! Or maybe whomever had the bright idea to give us access to only 5-6 playlists per week did not remember there are other persons who are diverse and listen to multiple different artistes and genres in one sitting? Paying for that isn't worth it.

The app keeps closing mid song.. This started yesterday (6th Nov). I play a song and a minute or two into the song the app crashes/closes unexpectedly. I have a good phone with good specs. No other music app (I've used Apple Music , Spotify (longest), SoundCloud, Amazon Music, Google Music and YouTube Music) I've use has ever done this. I might just switch back to Spotify if this continues.

This is actually a waste of time! Don't bother downloading this app. I downloaded it, activated a plan, it worked for the morning and stopped. It keep showing *empty Playlist* unable to browse and no connection! Like what the hell. I contacted customer service 3 different times and they offered no help saying they are unable to access the service. *Why pay for a service you have no access to?* Now my monthly plan doesn't even work well to do my studies...another waste... I need a refund! Stw

It's a good app to download many song an save songs in the app without full up your phone device or tablet or whatever device u use...but once thing still they need the latest song from all new popular artist from any type of songs in the world....i listen to any music in the world,also dont like using data to download these song because it a waste of time and money,i use wifi instead,also why 1 type of song his seening on the app,it confused me when I download them....

I honestly taught the app would have been useless, until I tried it, it's impressive, better than streaming of youtube while driving, the experience for me is absolutely perfect 👌. But a suggestion would be for the app to read the phones theme (light or dark) and adjust according rather users manauly adjusting it.

The app has gotten worse since the new update,usually i would just get to listen to my music even if i dont have a plan. Now i have to purchase a plan to listen to my downloads...it is very stupid and the prices for the plans are so high...this app was good now it is disgusting. Now i know why everyone in Jamaica is switching to Flow...
