After updation app says call customer service and update no. Done that also received message that your no. is updated. But even after that app is not opening and keep on saying call customer care. The lady who answer the phone is not at all humble. Disconnects the phone in between the conversation.

This is frustrating. No paper manual and app is so bad. Why does we need sign in for manual? And it doesn't work too. I am following youtube videos of good uploaders to learn about my Duke's functionalities. Very bad ktm. Very bad.

How much paper do you need to provide a simple owners manual with every bike? This is a totally nonsense system. I was unable to sign in. The app asked me to call the customer care. The customer care executive asked me to send a mail to someone else. I am still waiting for their response. I wonder how many trees you have saved this way?

In 2017, I cannot believe an app like this can exist. Absolutely shameful of KTM to have even considered this as an alternative to a printed manual. This app is as bad as the bike is good
