Primer paso, les brinda en forma gratuita a todo el mundo, la posibilidad, que desde su hogar, trabajo o teléfono móvil,via mail y/o chat, puedan interactuar con profesionales altamente especializados, (psicólogos, psiquiatras, operadores socioterapéutas en drogadicción, entre otras).- las 24 hs, los 365 días del año.
