The app is optimized for portrait use. I use it on an Android car media built in the dashboard which stands in landscape mode and stops and starts with the ignition. On folder page in library view there is a lot of unused space on 60% of the right screen, while the miniplayer, bottom bar and bottom navigation bar stands on top of each other leaving a small window for only 1.5 folders to view. I didn't managed to make it start the music with the ignition. Sometimes does, sometimes it doesn't.

After trying several music player apps this one really became my app of choice and I even decided to upgrade to the payed version since I liked it so much and wanted to support the developers. But unfortunately now I cannot play wma files anymore and there are just too many on my sd card to all be converted... So I guess, I'll have to start looking for another app that supports more files. Though I really want to keep on using it.

This app has suddenly stopped reading music stored on SD card. It's now only picking up files saved internally, which is about 100 songs. I have thousands of songs saved on my SD card that Blackplayer is no longer reading. So many times I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I still face the same problem. Mind you, the EX version is one that I paid for, that I can't enjoy anymore. I want my money back!!

Love this app. Been using it for years. I recently upgraded from a note 8 to a note 20 ultra and I've been having a slight issue. If I change which Bluetooth device my phone is connected to or if I pause music and return later to resume playing the music, the app will not play music. The app will start the track normally but I won't hear anything. I have to force close the app in the app's settings then relaunch it to fix it. It's starting to get real annoying.
