Original 3/26/2019: Cant get help. Update 7/18/2020: Finally! An update! Considerable stability improvement. Darn app has been nothing but a headache. By some miracle Pearson has updated their DSM! I dont know how long its going to work but so far I have yet to crash and my bookshelf loads immediately. The modules are a bit slow to load but I'm just glad they work! Hopefully Pearson will continue to improve but I'm not holding my breath. Will update again if anything changes.

I can't even log into this app, I have the username and password, and im enrolled yet it tells me I'm not a student ..

The menu loads, but the module will not.

I really wanted a way to do my work via my mobile device, but when I attempted to log in with what I know is my correct information, I kept getting thrown an error code that would not allow me to log in. In the hopes that this was a fluke, I have attempted this several times throughout the past 2 weeks at various times of day but ended up getting the same result.

Constantly stutters and crashes. Menu with the list of modules takes forever to load. Cannot complete a single module without the app crashing at least 3 or 4 times. The dynamic modules are basically glorified multiple choice quizzes. How could you possibly mess that up? Somehow Pearson found a way...
