Have had these T5 headphones for a month or so. Have seen 3 updates to app that don't help at all. Can't update firmware. Klipsch! What's so hard about hosting the firmware on your website, Have us download it. Tell the app to look in download folder. Apply update? It's not rocket science. With that said, yall hiring? It seems you don't need any experience or even an understanding of how things work in order to be employed by you.

I bought brand new T5 earbuds. Can't even use the app because it says Not Ready. I've followed every vague instruction, even factory resetting my new headphones, and nothing has worked. It's really depressing to buy a product with promised functionality that doesn't work in the slightest. From the forums I've read, this is a somewhat common issue on Android devices.

I should have reviewed the app before buying the earbuds. I expected better from this company but based on the reviews of this app I now have my doubts. Anyone reading this "buyer beware". The update instructions are worthless. It's as though they didn't test their own instructions on how to update the firmware. This application should be removed from the store until it has easy, clear, working instructions. Do not down load & do not buy, this application beyond broken.

Absolutely terrible..I would expect this clunkyness and poor quality from a no name product. After having spent hours with the t5 earbuds getting the firmware to start to update one of the earbuds dropped out (standard) and I now have seperate firmware on the earbuds and even worse connectivity issues unable to bring them up to the same firmware.. junk.. I'll be looking for a refund

I see no use of this app. and now the app can't connect to my Klipsch BT, even though it has been registered in the app already. The South quality to isn't that great. People consider ignore Klipsch. Please spend your money wisely don't waste it on their product. I even try contacting their customer service. The customer service is Same quality as the app.unbelieavable, newbies like chinese brand offer better apps. Now, it failed to be opened. U should consider hire a real dev.

Earbuds have great sound quality once you get the correct tight fit in your ear & use the equalizer in the app. Comfortability is less than other brands but not that big of a deal!! Like how app shows battery strength as well.
