The App isn't shy when it comes to issues. The content is amazing but the app is poorly programmed. -Can't download in the background. -Huge books and no time stamps. -Can't save last time stamp correctly. it stucks in one book. -Deleting books is a nightmare. The App says (deleted) and it's not. -Poor user experience -Slow server -Small books collection -Search feature is not great. you should be able to search by names, tags. This application need an overhaul Great books and voices

Great App. Thank you for the books available and we hope that you would be able to expand the collection further. I only subscribed for supporting the team, even though I didn't finish the free collection yet. I'm really grateful of this app. May Allah bless you and support you to offer more useful books. I just have a wish. If possible, can you fix the app to allow the user to save the progress of more than one book at a time. This is because in my case, sometimes, I get want to change the book for a change in mood, but I get frustrated to know that I can't do that as I will lose the progress in both books. But overall, nice collection of religious books with great narration from my side. I'm listening more than two hours a day roughly speaking. Way to go. Keep up the good work and may Allah Bless you and support you in narrating more of these books. Seems that I have repeated this twice, so let me repeated a third time, May Allah Bless you.

So I'm really trying to like this app but I still don't get it's pause system. I obviously wouldn't listen to an entire book in one day and the app seem to bookmark previous pages so I have to listen to them again. It would be helpful if the background player showed the time so when this happens if fast forward to where I think I got. Please fix this. Thanks!

Why have customer service if you're not going to reply? This app is well-done and many of the bugs reported by other people have either been fixed or I was lucky enough not to encounter them. My problem though, is that Crime and Punishment is not a full book, it's half the book, but that isn't mentioned anywhere. I started listening because I thought it was 10 hours, only to be cut at the halfway point. And sadly, customer service did not reply to my emails.

Ok The application is great But it contain a real problem I can't delete books that I downloaded, the app like if he does not understand. When I finish a book in offline mode the when I'm in online, when I add the book to the finished list The app like if he got Alzheimer He don't remember that Finished the bok or deleted a book or add it to my list The database is dump and that make me sad because the app is great. Please fix it 😊

Sadly 😥 after 4 months as gold subscription, I'll Uninstall the app and end my subscription. After my last Android update(11) it stopped working and lots of bugs . Wish you could bring it back live again.
