This is not the best-working app. Twice I was texting my sister and her replies would not show for ten minutes. In some video calls the screen goes black. She can't see me or hear me, and I can't see or hear her. And sometimes the screen freezes and you have to exit the app and start it again. The upside: there's no ads. This is not my device: my device is new.

No ads, no fees, super kid friendly. Simple, clean UI made it easy for my 8 & 5 year olds to learn and navigate. They love being able to reach dad or me anytime. Created a family group chat, we play the drawing game together, added grandparents, cousins and close friends. Perfect for the pandemic since they could video chat often. But dropped to 4 stars because sometimes the video calls don't notify me and it shows as missed calls - and it's not my device. Besides that I love this app!

My experience with this app hasn't been great. I use it for video chats with my son who lives 2500 miles away. Most of the time when he calls I don't get a notification and I miss our visits. Fix this and I could give a better review. Update after your response: I said most of the time I don't get notifications, not all of the time. Notifications are on, they have always been on. Can you please not assume that I haven't already looked at that?

Love it, this app is great haven't had any issues, my kids can speak to family members and friends in a safe environment, it won't let you type in rude words can send gifs and play a game together. I'm really impressed. Wish the parents could delete child's messages please make this an option

It's a bit laggy but works. Also the games don't work. Says unsupported number of players even though it's a two player game....

I love this app! Can't find a complaint. Texting, video calls, and some cute games, super kid safe and kid friendly, for FREE! What's not to love? I use this app daily with my 10 year old, and other than a lagging video call here and there, we have never had a problem. Thanks developers for this wonderful app! PS - they do all of this with NO ads!
