Useless app opens browser windows within the app, but if you switch to another app and back again, it closes the browser window. This makes a number of tasks impossible. E.g. it opens a browser to sign in to place a pickup order, then asks me to enter a six digit code sent to my email. I switched to my email to grab the code and when I come back... I'm back at the app main page and have to start over. I do the whole process again, same issue. Gave up and had to start my order over on a computer.

I've been using this app forever, and for quite a long time now the coupon portiion has failed to work correctly. I frequently find that searching for specific coupons (from the ad or otherwise) gives no results, and if I ask to see my clipped coupons it shows me 3-5 coupons I've already used. If I log in via the website on the other hand I can find all the missing new and 60+ previously clipped coupons. The app is a waste of my time as I always have to log into the website in the end anyway.

It is as described... I wish, when ordering pick-up, some in-store items weren't excluded - I often don't use pick-up for that reason and the lack of cashiers makes it a terrible experience. If I'm being honest, I would LOVE if there was a way to get notifications for when specific items are on sale. Going through the multiple sales sheets every week is tedious in general - and especially so if I'm looking for a personally frequently bought item.

Good app! Works pretty seamlessly to order groceries. I like that my wife and I can both add items to our shopping list from our phones whenever we think of something we need. I wish that items I frequently order would show up at the top of search results. For example, I order the same bagels every week. When I search bagels, the one I always buy is the 4th or 5th result. It should be on top!

App frequently logs out in middle of loading coupons or browsing weekly ad. Then says wrong password. App will bring you back to top of coupon list so you have to start over. Not enough description is shown on coupons/ pic is too small, you have to open each coupon to see what it is ("Kroger" is not enough of a description, maybe list item first, then brand? Such as "peas, Kroger"?) Items are often listed separately even when grouped together as one coupon in flyer - making the list monotonous.

If you order via instacart, they either don't get all your items, or they include somebody else's! I refuse to order that way anymore. The issue that I had with Kroger delivery is that they gave me expired baby greens that were 3 weeks expired. I was mortified because it had visibly gone bad, and was still included in the order. I do not have transportation, and physically have medical issues. This is my only way to get groceries. I don't understand why these orders are not double checked!!
