Mwenyezi Mungu Amrehemu na Awarehemu jamaa zake na Maswahaba zake na wanaowafuata hao kwa wema mpaka siku ya malipo na Amsalimishe kwa amani nyingi.
Baada ya yaliyotangulia huu ni ufupi (Mukhtasar) wa kitabu kiitwacho “HISWN AL-MUSLIM MIN ADHKAAR AL-KITAAB WA SUNNAH”
Ninamuomba Mwenyezi Mungu kwa majina Yake mazuri, na sifa Zake zilizo juu, Ajaaliye kazi hii kuwa, imesafika  lengo lake, kwa kutaka radhi zake Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu, na Aninufaishe kwa hayo katika uhai wangu huu, na baada ya kufa, na Amnufaishe atakayekisoma, kukichapisha, au aliyekuwa ni sababu ya kukitawanya, hakika  Yeye  Mwenyezi Mungu Ndiye  Muweza.
Mwenyezi Mungu Amrehemu Mtume wetu Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم na Aali zake na Maswahaba wake na wanaowafuata hao, kwa wema mpaka siku ya malipo.
