Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Detect My Parking! on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

About this app

Track My Parking! is an app that will allow you to automatically detect where, and when, you have parked your car.

It does this using a heuristic synthesis of GPS and accelerometer signals, to detect your driving and walking activities. When it detects that you have parked your car, it will save that parking spot on your device (phone/tablet).

Features:

* This app will automatically detect your parking locations for you (this assumes that you have your device with you, as you are parking your car)

* No setup required. Simply open up the app once, and it will automatically start detecting your car parking locations for you

* Note that, in order for the automatic parking detection feature to activate, you need to be travelling at 15 mph, or greater, for at least 5-10 seconds

* Easy to use - to locate where you have last parked your car, open up the app, which will present a map view. Your last parked location will show up as a
solid red teardrop shaped marker, on the map

* Low power mode - when you place it on your nightstand overnight, the app will go into low power mode, using minimal battery power

* Rock solid stability and reliability

* Data privacy - no personally identifiable information is used, or stored, by this app

* No ads - this is shareware, so, after a week or two, if you find that you are happy with the app, you can make an optional one time donation, via an in-app purchase
