I've tried several bridge scoring apps and this one is the best for straight old school rubber bridge. The interface takes a little getting used to but otherwise pretty simple. It tracks above/below line, we/they, vulnerability and specials like 100 honors and insult points. This would be killer if it had a Chicago option but I'm not going to ding any stars for that.

About this app

RubberBridge Scoring is a very easy to use program as it takes a natural design corresponding to the traditional way of scoring. Every rubber bridge player feels home when they see the scoreboard. The program minimizes the amount of input effort. By clicking on either side of the scoreboard, it intelligently determine which side the board belongs to. The user interface controls are familiar and fun to use. Entering the contract details by revolving two thumbwheels, it spontaneously calculates out the score for you. A detail score breakdown is right under your thumb to examine and verify.
The scoreboard is color coded, so users are easily reminded which side is vulnerable or non-vulnerable.
Though input is minimal, the program does not lose the flexibility to handle bonus for special hands which hold top honours or four aces. User can also put in extra information, if they want, into the scoreboard. When play time is up, the program can work out the adjustment on the last unfinished rubber and give out the final result.
So for a fun night of rubber bridge, you’ll have more fun in using RubberBridge Scoring.
