The worst app for nursery rhymes. Sorry to say but the previous version was way better. This app forces you to do the update otherwise it won't start and as soon as you do it all your saved videos are deleted and you won't get an option to download new ones. This app runs only on internet even if you get pro version (which I have), which means no videos while you are traveling. Not worth your time and money

Awful. I loved the Cocomelon older app for my toddler...so much that I paid for a full year in advanced. This week, she couldn't watch her videos anymore. The app asked to upgrade to the newest app, so we did. Now, it has ads and to remove them it asks me to pay again. Not cool. I had just paid for a full year. Is cocomelon going to refund its users?. The "offline" feature is not available either. Update: the developer's email address does not work either. Very unproffesional.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! Very disappointed!! Paid for the premium subscription for NOTHING!!! Within a couple of months had to pay 12 months more, that was only a month ago and now they've updated it and we have to pay again! Huge rip off and just a money grab from the developers.

This new upgrade is very disappointing.I did the compulsory upgrade only to realize you can no longer download videos for offline usage that means it no longer works without internet.I would be glad if they can refund my one month subscritpion fee as its of irrelevant to my daughter when we travel or we are not available as she can not operate the internent because she is less than two years.

The old version was better, this new one isn't even worthy of a star. I just upgraded this app today, and thankfully I only paid for one month. The old one had offline option, what changed?

I'm only giving this app 4 stars because I emailed the company about the forced upgrade with a premium subscription and they actually refunded my money and I get another full 6 months with proof I paid. They handled it in a timely manner. It does suck that I cannot download the videos for my daughter though.
