Organisations should not use this platform for their business. Especially in matters relating to education, parents and children. The system will repeatedly attempt to deduct money in advance from your account. When it failed, it instruct providers to immediately prohibit the child from attending class. Despite forbidden to attend, the platform continues to repeatedly deduct unearned fees for the month where the child was already unceremoniously booted. Their FB blocks your poor feedback
