Has improved a lot in the last few months, however, they stopped making available many essential items in the last few weeks (even bread is rarely available).

Worse application ever. They just take orders but don't deliver them

My order did not deliver on the schedule date and time . I tried to call them to follow up but no one answer. My order is still in processing status until now. Beware of this app as you will have no way to communicate them once they charge your credit card. I want refund for my payment.

the service is really good &on time but lately the quality of vegetables have gone really low. in my last two orders i kept vegetables in kitchen, next morning the carrot color changed/shrinked/rotted. please check temperature of veg storage,not all vegetables require fridge.i had to dispose off onions and carrots .hopefully I'll avoid ordering vegetables overall it's a convinient app.

Very very bad experience I wanted to order 1 item but as per the app I should order minimum 100sr item I added stuff just to make the bill equal to 100sr. And did not get the item that I actually order but only got items worth 39 Sr. And all the items that I added just to make the bill equal to 100Sr. They did not even call or confirm about the unavailable items and still the item is showing avaliable on site

It was my first time to order, apparently I was indeed impressed since majority of the online grocery shopping are fully booked of time slots this one has more slots to choose from. Apart from that, they have a large scale of selection of grocery items divided into sections which makes it much better to choose from. Lastly, the most important one is they don't use plastic bags- eco bags which makes it more environmentally friendly.
