App is good for shopping but I need it to connect with my machine and it won't. Brewer shows strong wifi signal and, after reinstalling the app several times and resetting my brewer several times, the app will not connect to the brewer. Update: called support and they called me back in a couple of hours. The young lady was very knowledgable and patient, I was all connected in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, once connected the app can only be used to connect the brewer or change profile info.

Constantly disconnects. Never reconnects when hitting the reconnect button. Many times won't let me sign on receive an error message. Sent multiple reporting error messages without ever receiving a reply. I have to consistently pull the plug to reset which is time consuming and a waste of time.

Stuck on brewing - I cannot use the app any longer. Every time I open it, it is stuck on brewing and when I tap to cancel brewing it does nothing then goes back to brewing and I don'teven have a pod in. I have cleared memory, unplugged machine, uninstalled, reinstalled and set up again and none of that fixed my issue. It keeps disconnecting from internet. I don't know what to do now. It worked great for awhile but no longer.

I have emailed twice & called once regarding the app not connecting to the brewer. When I called, they told me someone from a special team would call me back, but 2 days later, no one has. Oh, and no response to my emails either! I'm frustrated - I like the brewer and REALLY don't want to have to send it back ☹😫😭

I have tried numerous times to connect to my Keurig, it is connected to Wi-Fi but will not connect to my phone. I have installed uninstalled and reinstalled several times, nothing has helped

Used the old app for years with no issues, loaded the new app, and when launched, it shows the splash screen for about 15 seconds and then closes down "Unfortunately, Keurig has stopped" Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, same result.
