Doesn't work. Tried +12 and -20db changes, no effect. The interface is terrible as well. What looks like a refresh button is apparently the apply gain button. The buttons don't have any text on them so you're stuck guessing. No guide or explanation of how to use the app, and the navigation is white letters on top of light gray. Idiot design. The app doesn't do what its namesake does and scan the files either. This app is probably a fake, so go on a pc and get the actual program. At least you know that works.

I was very disappointed with MP3 Gain for Android. The PC version works well and I have used its years with no problem. However, One big omission of the Android version is the absence to being able to set the target gain. The developer stuck us with a set default I uninstalled the app. If the developer will Match the features of the PC version and I will gladly reinstall. I have not seen any update in quite a while which most likely means it has become an abandoned orphan app.

Great idea but poorly executed thus far. Needs a batch conversion option along with greater stability. A Material Design user interface would increase popularity. Waiting on a proper update.

A much needed application but piss poor execution. App told me the mp3 directory in my sd card was empty. It wasn't. I moved the files to internal storage and tried again. App had to level each mp3 individually. I couldn't select all. No thanks. Terrible interface too.

A great simple app that brings up the volume on some of my low music files. Reads SD card.
