This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Kairos Leadership on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Kairos Leadership is a mobile coach that tackles leadership challenges with knowledge, insightful questions and activating real life tasks. Using the Kairos Leadership you can have short coaching discussions with the in app AI. The user interface is chat powered – follow the discussion and choose your development path.

Kairos Leadership is wherever your mobile is. Open the app and you’ll get in the middle of discussion right away. Short sessions help you find the time for your personal and organisational development. Be as efficient and extensive as you want - you’re in control. Concentrate on a specific issue or juggle between various tasks. The learning process continues in the real world as you interact with people in you lead position.

The discussion flow of the app is based on wide range of leadership topics. You get to choose from different topics in each session. All the tasks you have accepted will remain in the inbuilt to do list and you can check tasks accomplished as you proceed - or bring important tasks back to the active state. And if you’re interrupted, the discussion will wait for you.

You can also choose the tone of voice for your mobile coach. Be a bit more conversational or get to the point directly.
