driveM8 is an application that monitors your driving and keeps track of your personal and business mileage expenses. Just install the app and let it do the work for you.

driveM8 automatically tracks your journeys by accurately recording distances and estimated fuel costs, as well as business miles for tax deduction purposes, reimbursement or mileage allowances.

Simple reporting

driveM8 takes the hassle out of recording your business miles each month by creating itemised PDF reports which can also include other miscellaneous driving expenses. No longer do you have to keep an itemised driver log and remember to record your every mile.

You can assign tolls and parking costs to each drive as well as assign categories. driveM8 even recognises recurring journeys and automatically classifies them for you.

A built in contact manager allows you to save all your important motoring related contact numbers. Assign personal or business expenses to these contacts and have them included in your monthly or yearly expense reports.

Peace of mind

Automatically send 'Arrived Safely' messages to colleagues, friends or family members when going on long journeys. Simply create a contact and enable this feature, driveM8 will then notify those contacts when you arrive at a destination.

The optional Drive Monitor feature analyses your driving and gives you a personal driving score. It points out bad habits such as speeding, hazardous or severe braking or using your phone while driving.


Is someone you know learning to drive? As a guardian, you can ask driveM8 to send you a daily report so that you can keep track of their driving style and habits to help you support them to become a safe and confident driver.

One of the unique features of driveM8 is the ability to apply up-to-date average fuel costs. This can be compared against your mileage allowances and miscellaneous expenses to give you a detailed idea of whether you are out of pocket or not.
