By just one click, you can make reservation at ALL restaurants at V city. A reminder will be sent to you when your table is almost ready. You will not miss the table while you are shopping at the mall from now on.
2. “Park e-asy” parking tracker system:
With our brand-new parking tracker system, you can keep track of your parking status anytime and anywhere! Once you use Octopus Card or Visa to enter the car park at V city, your parking information will be recorded automatically. You can check your parking status, such as car ingress time, parking location and fee. Our app allows you to avoid extra parking charges for overstay. You can also instantly check the number of vacant parking lots before arrival.
3. V city VIP Club
Members can login their account through our app to view the profile, transaction history and the latest promotion details. The app will also serve as a virtual VIP card. Use “Reward e-asy” points registration system to redeem points.

New features

1. The upgraded「Free Parking Redemption」function on the V city mobile app. V city VIP Club members can instantly redeem free parking hours by uploading designated invoices or to redeem free parking hour by designated VIP points on the mobile app. No need to wait in the line when leaving the mall to eliminate the waiting time for redemption.
2. Login the membership account via phone number to check the member's profile and to redeem points through "Reward e-asy" points registration system.
