Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Timed Reading & Comprehension on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Really needs more questions for each story. Also each time reading. 2-3 questions does not seem sufficient. I would like to see the full set each time. Possibly make an option to randomize questions or show all.

The free version is great. Paid for the upgraded version and it never worked. I could access the books nor the students i added. Sent three emails and none were answered.

I like this app but I do agree that it needs more questions than 2-3 to show comprehension. Please update and add more!

On Samsung Note 8, students names are not visible after being added. Home screen and student add/remove screens show nothing. Instructions seem complete but can not be followed as there are no option selections available besides information and settings. Settings only takes you to student add/remove screen, which as stated is useless. Please either refund my money or fix these issues.

App has stopped working and needs an update. Devs seem to have stopped supporting the app.

Should be free for k12 students, Needs more grades, more questions. Stories are too short. :(
