Recharge app, but doesn't show anything to indicate your recharge is successful (webpage not loading error), and recharges have greater chances of failing. Basically...not recommended until this issue is solved.

This is the worst app I ever seen. I have recharged a DTH of Sun Direct for 1 month, transaction is successful but recharge is unsuccessful. So please don't go with app for recharging DTH or any other recharges. There is no proper response for queries. Please refund my money back....

I have done recharge but doesn't reflect in my account and no any contact with JRI no customer care service only mail that we do but all the time they give same answer. I request all the people's that don't use this app.

what a terrible app you guys have made ? "payment in progress" for over a day. It's better to go outside and recharge, than using this app. There is FAQ in app, but no answers even for that. Very much dissapointed👎
