Good Afternoon, I really enjoyed using the Jupiter Bike but I'm unable to find tire thread, since they are out of stock, so as a consequence, I'm unable to use the bike more than 2 Months now. I contacted Customer service to inquire more, but got no response or feedback.

BAD DECISION TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IF YOU HAVE THE ELECTRIC SMART BIKE, I LOST MY CRUISE CONTROL, AFTER ENJOYING I COULD MAINTAIN MY SPEED WHILE I TAKE MY HAND OF TO EITHER CHANGE MY SONG SELECTION ON MY RIGHT SIDE OF BT HEADPHONES OR NAV.MY PHONE .
