Alot of the products in the app are not scanning in the app as being qualified items. But the book says they qualify. Alot of the products in the book you can't find in any store. For example natures own touch of honey wheat bread cannot be found. All I find is honey wheat bread. I used to be able to get frozen broccoli and veggies but now I'm not just fresh. I would like to be able to open the app and know when my appointment is and a search button to find wic approved stuff in your town.

The app is pretty easy to use and the scan an item feature is very helpful. It'd be nice if you could select what store you're at and it'd filter out all items that aren't there, so you knew what product to look for. Most of the products listed don't have pictures that load, so you doubt have a visual of what you're looking for.

The app leaves a lot to be desired. Constantly I have trouble with it loading my current benefits. Today it's saying my benefits expired May 31, 2021 but then it loaded my June benefits and then when I clicked on something else I can't get it to reload June's benefits and it's back to saying they expired in May! Also it needs a spot to look up upcoming WIC appts and the when you need to recert etc. Must be waiting for an invitation engraved in gold... let's keep up WIC!!

This app makes WIC shopping so much easier for me. Using the bar code scanner to check products makes the check out process smoother. I know when I get to the check out everything I have is approved. NO MORE GUESSING GAMES for me!

UPDATE: the day after I posted the below review, the app developer emailed me and said they were working on a fix. Then they fixed the bug within four hours of their email to me! 4 stars CONSTANT problems loading the product lists after selecting on the product category. This app worked for me exactly ONE time. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried clearing cache. I've tried being on wifi and off wifi. Nothing works. It's hard to buy items when I can't pull a product list! 1 star

This app HELPS SO SO MUCH!! IT'S ONE OF THE HANDIEST APPS I HAVE. WIC SHOPPING BEFORE THE APP WAS VERY STRESSFUL AND NOW WITH THE SCAN A BARCODE YOU KNOW IF IT'S APPROVED OR NOT AND ALSO IT KEEPS TRACK OF EVERYTHING THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE IN YOUR BUGGY. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP!! 5 STARS ALL DAY!!
