Well now that I bought my son this $100.00 watch the app to set up the watch and program it doesn't work. My son is Autistic and we were using this for his visual reminder scheduling. I can't even log in, cant create a new account. This watch is now useless. Thanks a lot! Fix the app, otherwise you are stealing people's money. Sell your watch for 100 dollars with no way for consumers to use it- you should be ashamed of yourself

As described below, I too am having syncing issues. It says there is an update... you try to update and it's says 100% complete with 1 minute remaining but never fully completes. I get an error code of err: 0017 0913. My app is up to date, I've signed out, signed back in, relaunched multiple times even tried deleting and reinstalling the app and to no avail the watch is still not working properly. Will be returning the watch. Don't waste your time or money on this product.

i really loved this at first. My child and I sat down and worked out the schedule, school days, vacation days, weekends, soccer days. was working great the first month. Easy to make updates and change things. Now we arw caught in "Gathering Data" limbo. it was working so well before. olease fix it because I cannot find another handy alternative.

I really want to like this watch. I actually bought in during Kickstarter campaign. After the delays and retail drama (they wound up in Target before backers, and at a lower price), I held out. We have finally been able to try it again with my 6yo. Unfortunately we are still experiencing daily issues with syncing and losing time. I'm so disappointed, because the watch and app have such a great potential. But they're just not working reliably.

As others have reported, this thing won't sync. It synced the first time, but now the watch says "SYNC" and the tablet says "CONNECTED synchronizing... Gathering data" with a spinning red circle. It's been sitting like this for HOURS. What a useless program. We pay a lot for these things, for our kids. the least you can do is fix the bugs with the program. The same thing is being reported over and over and over again. UNACCEPTABLE.

SYNCING ISSUES. Another issue is that the app constantly logs me out. Then notifications never actually pop up, so I don't know whether or not something should be happening or not in order to keep my child in schedule. The few couple of times that things work well, its great. But its a few times too little to make it worthwhile. Version one of the watch had issues and version two is only marginally better. Fix the app, and maybe it'll make it a better issue.
