I am having trouble getting a hold of a customer service representative to resolve an issue. I believe I have been taken for $9.95 for a product I haven't received. I ordered it back on 10NOV18 and can't get any update on my order. I am opening a dispute case with my bank as I feel I have been scaled. Stay away from this app. I can't even create an account as it says I am unauthorized.
