I read a few comments to decide whether or not to download. Turns out they weren't encouraging but I thought to myself "it's only a few mb, I won't hesitate to Uninstall if it's not what I expected." the bad comments came to live first, after scanning through chapter 1 came the gift that was promised. I have only read chapter 2 and I'm grateful I didn't Uninstall.

I got this app w/ the intention of gleaning extra truths about the "5 second rule", a process introduced to myself & others as youths at a nationwide organization geared toward helping families function healthily. I was a preteen when the true "5 second rule" was introduced & am now 45. So imagine my surprise when reading the claim from this author that she invented this process a few years ago. Hard to take author seriously when a process is named after work of others w/o credit due to them.
