Buggy, crashes from album to album, will take a few minutes to load at times other times it it will play seamlessly from part 1 through 3 (on new adventures) then when I try to go from "The Greatest Power" to "The Defining Moment" it won't load. The same crash will occur if I stop the stream to enter a grocery store and then connect back to my vehicle and try to resume the story. My 7 year old loves Jonathan Park and it did get frustrating trying to start the app all over again to keep going.

Our family really enjoys listening to Jonathan Park. However, the app constantly crashes. looking at reviews, this is a known issue that has been happening for a while and hasn't been corrected. It's very frustrating to be listening and for it to just suddenly stop working and for the makers of the app to not correct the issue after several complaints over months. Please get this corrected so thwt it's a more enjoyable experience.

App won't stay open for more than about 30 seconds. I was trying to determine if I want to start buying these CDs for more children. I felt like $10 for a month to sample was more than fair. But now I can't access the material.

Ok...I'm torn. We have been fans for Long time now, like, since I was a kid, and now I have 5 of my own. But why is it almost 2020... And the app is still having unsesant playback issues and crashing?!? Fix it it so you can get 5 stars and spread this much needed content!!!!
