Worst service I have ever seen. DO NOT USE THIS APP. They sent me a completely different item of clothing than the one I ordered. When I contacted customer support they proceeded to tell me that I HAD TO PAY THE SHIPPING AND RETURN FEES FOR THEIR MISTAKE. They send you the wrong item completely and want you to pay to return it?! What?! They stall and make you wait days for a response. When you ask them to provide another solution TO THEIR MISTAKE, they give you the same scripted answer repeatedly

It is the worst application I have ever downloaded, it doest work, I have tried to put my address about 100 times but it does not accept, it is the stupidest application you can use, I do not recommend it at all.

I had the worst experience with this app that customer service report they were not even give me my money back even know I did not receive any thing from them and they still telling me if you don't receive it we can't return your money it's been 4 month over one shoes

Some bugs and freezes can appear with the app hope you to fix it. For COD just make it cheaper or free on buying above a price limit purchases.

When I want to return my wrong product so they said I have to shipped it and when I will recieve it the I will refund, its a risky site mostly products are cheap quality and description about products are wrong,so its necessary that good app not jollychic, if you can change the return and compensation method easy so it will be nice otherwise waste of many and time

Its doesnt always arrive on time and everytime an item is purchased the price automtically goes up and now most of the prices are ridiculous
