What an awful app. After the latest update, I'm done. Complete pain in the butt to have to jump through the hoops every time, and now they send me a player's card, which is a waste of time. Avoid this app and casino at all costs.

They really need to work on the App. I like what it has to offer, but all stay away if you're considering using for LIVE betting. It is slow and lags most of the time (using Samsung Note). Chances are you won't get your bet in with the odds you want. If this is worked on and fixed, I will start using again.

Horrible app. Glitches all the time. They make you jump through hoops just to get paid out. I was waiting 10 days for $1000 payout. Then I go to the actual casino to collect and they still wouldn't pay it. I was told they have no control over when the app approves the payout. Absolute garbage casino and app. There are plenty of better legal apps available to bet on than this trash

When you are on it, it is fine, but almost every week it asks to do update or you can't log back in and the update doesn't do its job, then need to go thru lots if hoops to get it back working.

SLOW & SLOWER again. loses connection constantly & have to sign back in. Times out too fast. No live customer service. Withdrawl took over 2 weeks via a Debit/ ATM card. Try BET POINTS. Iam going back to it. This app sucks

Such a slow crappy app. Check your wagers if you're lucky enough to get a bet in. Have had winning bets called losers on several occasions. Hire some people who know how to design and run a web site. Don't waste your time or money people.
