Jack is the best.. .. change of mind !!! Here on 5/27/21 & this by far is the WORST casino experience ever... Tickets wouldn't cash out.. Lines to cash out tickets were rediculous... Slot machines would not take tickets.. ATMs weren't working right.. And the slot machine would not take my last dollar, kept spitting it back out !! Seriously considering not ever coming back !! Very disappointed..

This app used to work great but now it doesn't work on my phone anymore. It tries to load then it tells me there's an unexpected error and just sits there. Very frustrating because I am a regular visitor there and would like to see my points, offers, Etc before I get there.

Great place I had a bunch of free play that disappeared off my card and the staff refused to help me and insisted on saying I must of already used it. The jack thistledown northfield ohio.

Started a couple days ago, the app just freeZes on the black screen, on start up, with the jack logo in the middle ... Doesn't do anything, tried closing reopening, nothing, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. ... Please help samsung note 10 Better offers, please.
